Neighborhood News
Updated 4/19/08-The non-potable system
is active for the 2008 season.
Updated 7/3/08-Homeowners adjoining
common areas are asked to trim and maintain all overhanging plant
material back to their side of the bordering fence.
Homeowners adjoining common areas with wire dog fencing are asked to
trim their dog fence up from the ground to allow for grass trimming.
Using a pair of side-cutters or equivalent, please cut the
wire up 2” to 6” from the ground along the fence line to allow
handheld string trimmers to operate under the dog fencing.
Exceptions include property lines with dog fencing that
retains mulch or rock that have an additional border such as metal
edging or timbers to the outside of the wire dog fence.
Since some small dogs may crawl under a trimmed fence it is
not a requirement but rather a suggestion.
However, if you choose to have your wire dog fence run to the
ground you are asked to trim the grass on both sides of the fence as
the trimming crew will no longer be doing so.

Also, a reminder that we would like
to have an email address for all residents so that periodic updates
